How long do repairs usually take?

Most standard repairs—like screen replacements or battery swaps—are finished within 24 to 48 hours. We’ll always give you a specific estimate when we see the device!

What brands do you service?

We’re experts in Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Samsung, Google Pixel, and most major PC brands like Dell, HP, and Lenovo. If it has a power button, there's a good chance we can help.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

We charge a $30 diagnostic fee to cover the time spent identifying the issue. However, if you choose to go ahead with the repair, we waive that fee entirely!

Where do we meet up?

As a local mobile service, we typically meet at secure public locations like local coffee shops, libraries, or community centers. We’ll coordinate a spot that’s convenient for both of us during booking!

What if it can't be repaired?

Sometimes a device is beyond saving. In those cases, you only pay the diagnostic fee. We also buy broken devices for parts, so we might still be able to put some cash back in your pocket!
